Megan McGuigan is a multidisciplinary artist focusing mainly on textiles and fashion. She graduated in Fashion design from the National College of Art and Design in Ireland in 2019 with an international degree from LCI Barcelona 2018. Since graduating college she has went on to start her fashion brand ‘Seeking Judy’ which has had continued success and multiple location around Ireland. For her time at Curtidas, McGuigan explores how textiles can be used to create a communal space used to gather people and strengthen community.
